a great birthday i had - i got a digital piano! :D
the kitties had hours of fun with the foam wrapper.

then i went to yunmee's amazing show opening in boerum hill.
it rained again but another fun night with friends... (no photos though :/)

good food day.
duck salad & hamburger for lunch, chocolate buttercream cake for dessert,
and a light olive oil & spicy peperoncini pasta for dinner.

amazing late dinner at il porto, brooklyn.
baby octopus salad, pasta fagioli, rugola and prosciutto pizza.

and a gratuitous (but rare) kitty shot - facing each other, falling asleep.

made dukboki for the first time in a long while.
this time with some shiso leaves. so fragrant!

and moody, pensive looking bento (he was just looking at my foot).
he always sits with one leg sticking out, and his mouth is always half open.

a very wet, stormy, random, but super fun saturday night,
that innocently started with a slew of gallery shows,
and ended in dancing with people in costumes.
