having missed out on a great potluck with friends because of our late viewing of francis bacon retrospective at the met,
we went to a korean pub (pocha 32) on 32nd to make up for it...
but the food was very mediocre - we must have ordered the wrong things!
however, the ambiance alone was interesting - like some food tent near an army camp in korea.

patbingsoo (shaved ice with red bean, fruit, mochi & ice cream) was good though.
