wonderful family thanksgiving.
preparing all day (though i was not feeling well & taking a nap -_-)
and filling the house with wonderful smells.
spending time with the family and hanging out with our sweet niece!
eating till i couldn't absolutely eat one more bite...

atlanda part 3.
went to see my dad-in-law's jet!! (not a personal jet - he's a corporate pilot)
then some korean food for lunch,
and siblings night out, eating tapas... good times!

atlanta part 2.
another amazing meal at my parents-in-law's place :)
black beans and rice, with proja.
i helped cook the rice!

went to atlanta for several days for thanksgiving with the family.
jenn's home made musubi & bahn mi sandwiches.

they were all amazing - especially home cooked bbq chicken bahn mi with fried egg!!!
it's great having chefs in the family. :)

'fake' congee (as opposed to this) for breakfast at rice with a friend,
along with yummy eggs and greens.

and the entrance to the great, epic house party at aya & françois' last night.

what an amazing night!!!
watched the election coverage at a bar on our block,
then celebrated on the streets with other brooklynites.
it was truly a special occasion to experience.
happy new president!!!!

delicious and satisfying korean meal,
starting with an abundance of delicious banchan,
along with our main meals kimchi tofu soup and chung gook jang (fermented soybean paste) soup.
finished off with nuroongji from our rice.
