finally got to try the pizza at paulie gee's tonight
(our 5th try - they were not quite open yet or too full other times).
arugula salad and tonight's special, kale pizza with house-made fior di latte/mozz.
i have to order anything with kale as it is my favorite vegetable and somehow oddly rare on menus.
all the hype i'd heard so far was pretty spot on - the crust was just right,
charred flavor, chewiness, crispy exterior and all.
