i didn't get around to photograph the first round of food we had

at the new vanessa's dumplings in brooklyn.

we'd ordered (not pictured) tuna salad sesame pancake sandwich,

pork & chive dumplings, corn soup, hot & sour soup, which were all

decent - especially the tuna sesame pancake sandwich.

the peking duck sesame pancake sandwich (pictured) was a sad disaster.

even ignoring how it was put together (as seen above), it simply had just

too much sauce - overpowering everything with saltiness.

yuck.
