60ºF spring weather in february calls for a huge salad!
we had csa veggies waiting to be eaten up in bulk in our fridge - kale,
chard, tatsoi, rutabagas, carrots, & potatoes - then after m added kidney beans, candy-roasted walnuts, avocado, grape tomatoes, smoked sardine and some ciabatta toast, and it became the hugest meal ever.
so so good after a good, long run on a beautiful day.
