tax day! our accountant is in herald sq area, which means, k-town afterwards.
as per usual, we went to our favorite place, cho dang gol, my first visit this year.
started with amazing homemade banchan (complementary sides), and a small
bowl of warm handmade tofu curds.
then we got our dishes - my kimchi biji (made with soybean grounds left over from
making tofu), and the always amazing seafood tofu stew that m got.
that dish is just mind-blowing with each bite - so brothy, warm, just the right amount
of spiciness & saltiness, so so good.
