a turbulent weather day! with our aunt visiting in town, we walked all the way from

brooklyn, over the brooklyn bridge (though i insisted on a photo of manhattan bridge

up there) into chinatown, to east village, then to west village, to the hudson!

we finally got to try bluebird sky, which we never do since we opt for chinese/vietnamese food

when we're in chinatown. the omelets we got was cooked perfectly - fluffy and seasoned well - though i didn't really care for all the chips that were on the shoulders of those behind the counter.

then after we dragged our exhausted legs home, we took a short walk to castro

for some late night dinner - marty got a fish quesadilla (i was very curious to see this),

i got my usual grilled chicken torta, and m got a giant burrito with chicken tinga.

torta was good, though not as flavorful or hefty as the one at tepango.

burrito was really good as well - the fish quesadilla was interesting! slight saltiness of

the fish with the cheese oozing out!
