i saw this recipe one day a while back and thought of making something like it with
our csa veggies that are naturally wilting away from my avoidance of turning on the stove
lately (thanks, heat wave).
today i just bit the bullet and decided to cook my own version of it - wilted bok choy,
ribbons of squash, with soba, dressed in sesame oil, fish sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
i tossed in together green salad of russian kale & lettuce, and also a simple squash & zucchini
stir-fry with onions.
all together, it worked pretty well, after being chilled in the fridge for a few hours!
