we've been on such an early/super diurnal schedule that when we wanted to get some slices of pineapple & bacon pies, we were even too early - we walked around the neighborhood for 10+ minutes and came back to some delicious lunch at 3 luigi's - m got his philly steak sub with a side salad (he stuffs the sandwich with it) and i got my recently new favorite hawaiian slices. the first slice was so perfect, the second i had to pick off a bit of bacon to balance out the saltiness. so so good!
