we just discovered while walking in the rain the other day
that River Barrel serves korean food now!
so tonight we took a short break amidst our heavy workload to check it out.
definitely more pricey and limited in option than dokebi
or other korean restaurants, but their food was excellent.
veggie bibimbop (should've gotten brown rice, i forgot to ask)
and a korean "hangover soup", which had amazing slow-cooked berkshire
pork in it that melted in your mouth.
and here i thought i'd go back to being a vegetarian.
i've never had this hangover soup before (since i'm never hung over, much less drunk),
but i imagine it was a version of haejangguk, minus the bloody part.
